Photograph and interview 4-5 subjects that have experienced loss of loved ones. Explore how modern people process grief and what it means to be alive. Collect the subject's favorite picture of their loved one and recreate the photo with them. Thus making new memories in remembrance and show the progress of time. In all, this project is a moment to honor the dead and a continuation of their legacy.

1. INDEPENDENT STUDY PROPOSAL
The initial idea to participate in an independent study came up in March 2024. After further development and research, I submitted my proposal to the guiding professor, Matthew Rose. From the research of a proposal itself to specifications, I created an outline for what the project will entail for the upcoming semester.
